  • Caffeinated drinks and snacks: Drinking or eating foods high in caffeine can disrupt a breastfed baby’s sleep. If you want to drink caffeine or eat foods that contain caffeine, limit it to 1-2 cups per day.

Finally, recommend to drinking water, mothers at this stage should drink about 8-10 glasses of water per day and if they are in a hot area, they may drink more, which will help to produce better milk.
